Ojai Village (Downtown)
The City of Ojai is a small historical town with thriving family owned businesses, boutique shops and many fine and casual restaurants. Arbolada
Designed and developed by Edward Libbey around 1922, the Arbolada was one of Ojai's first developed subdivisions in Ojai. East End

Oak View

Casitas Springs
Casitas Springs' claim to fame is that Johnny Cash owned a home high above the community. As you travel Highway 33 from Ventura to Ojai, Casitas Springs is the first community that you drive through. Casitas Springs came about during 1940s and 1950s as a bedroom community to the nearby oil fields in Ventura. One of the advantages to living in this area is that you are close to Ventura but far enough away that you have a sense of living outside of the city.
